Pre-Launch API Testing and Validation for SaaS Platform
CyberStockroom is preparing to launch a new RESTful API designed to enhance inventory management capabilities for its users. Before the public release, it is crucial to ensure that the API functions correctly, is reliable, and meets the expected performance standards. The project involves designing and executing a series of tests to validate the API's functionality, reliability, and conformance to expected behavior. Students will apply their knowledge of API testing methodologies, including unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing, to identify any potential issues or bugs. The project will provide students with hands-on experience in using tools like Postman or Insomnia to automate and streamline the testing process. By the end of the project, students will have a comprehensive understanding of API testing and validation, as well as practical experience in ensuring software quality.

Create a Plug-and-Play Integration Library (Zapier)
The objective of this project is to expand our API functionality by building a Zapier integration library that provides ready-to-use, off-the-shelf automations. The student will build on the initial work already completed and focus on creating standardized โzapsโ that connect our platform seamlessly with popular external tools. The goals are to: Design and implement a set of Zapier integrations that reduce onboarding and setup time for new users. Enhance the accessibility and usability of our platform by making it easy to connect with widely used business applications. Document and package these zaps so they can be easily understood, reused, and expanded in the future.

Strategic Lead Generation Plan for Industrial Contractors
The main objective of this project is to identify and develop a strategic lead generation channel to reach mid-to-large industrial contractors. Students will analyze CyberStockroomโs sales process, customer profile, and value proposition to propose a repeatable outreach strategy that drives qualified opportunities.

Building the Omni Scan Bar: A Smart Inventory Input Engine for Mobile
The project aims to develop a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for the "Omni Scan Bar," a mobile-based feature designed to revolutionize inventory data input for CyberStockroom. The current challenge in inventory management is the time-consuming and error-prone process of manual data entry. By integrating multiple input channels such as barcode scanning, image recognition via OpenAI's API, and document parsing, the Omni Scan Bar will streamline this process. The goal is to create an operator-focused tool that enhances speed, accuracy, and usability, ultimately improving inventory management efficiency. This project will allow learners to apply their knowledge of mobile app development, API integration, and user interface design to create a functional MVP that addresses real-world challenges in inventory management. Students should be familiar with mobile development (especially React Native).
