The main objective of this project is to identify and develop a strategic lead generation channel to reach mid-to-large industrial contractors. Students will analyze CyberStockroomโ€™s sales process, customer profile, and value proposition to propose a repeatable outreach strategy that drives qualified opportunities.

Deliverables

Students will deliver a detailed proposal, strategic report, and presentation outlining a targeted lead generation plan tailored to industrial contractors. The deliverables will include analysis of current challenges, recommended channels, outreach strategy, and actionable steps to implement and measure success.
