Scheduling and managing client appointments, managing government-issued documentation related to business licenses, training newly hired receptionists and onboarding them to clinic procedures, using Microsoft applications for data entry, document preparation, administrative tasks, communicating professionally with clients and practitioners, responding to emails and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, processing insurance claims and coordinating with insurance providers, handling billing and payment processing, maintaining accurate and confidential client records

Deliverables

To complete the appropriate data entry by the end of each shift, to ensure that insurance companies are billed correctly and to communicate with clientele, responding to incoming emails during shift in a timely manner, completing administrative tasks and required documentation.
